Item arrived damaged, they asked for proof pictures, I sent them just what they asked and they said they would replace another one. Then I sent the damaged item back to them with original box, once they received it they refused to replace another one just because the box has been damaged, which was handling by USPS .
So irresponsible and lied.

The return is invalid because there are many violations on your shipped back package to our return polices:
+ No original package
+ Damaged product box
+ No warranty card
+ No instruction book
+ No anti-shocking bag
+ Dirty product
+ Dirty mark by pen on product box.

Please don't blame to USPS. You did not pack the package, shipped in the bare box only, and did not send accessories of the lamp.
