Risky Order Policy

Any order that is flagged as Risky and goes with:

• Payment by credit or debit card
• Total amount from $100+
• Suspicious email, shipping address, payment activity...

Need to be provided evidences of purchase:

• Matching ID with the order's name
• Matching name on the used credit or debit card
• Nail Salon address to be shipped

We only ship the risky order to a Nail Salon address to prevent any loss claim or charge back. We have seen many bad customers that trick sellers before.

If we can not make the risky order transparent, we would like to cancel the order to protect our legal business.
