Refund policy
Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in brand new condition with a seal. This means that the product has not been used or opened its seal.
We are selling all brand new products with seals, we do not accept any return for a used product or an opened seal product. Any issue with your used product, please request a warranty from its manufacturer.
A return is valid only when we receive your product back with both original box and shipping box. The product and its box must be in the same condition with the once you received. If your shipping back made them damaged, we do not accept the return.
To start a return, please contact us sales@bolsabeauty.com. We will guide you how to send your product back.
- The shipping fee is not refundable.
- If there is any issue with our shipment such as wrong product or broken product, we will fix the issue. We will ship a replacement or make a refund.
- If there is no issue with our shipment but you want to return, you need to pay for return shipping fee.
- If there is no issue with our shipment but you want to exchange, you need to pay for a return shipping fee and a shipping fee for your new product if the new shipping is not free.
- There is 20% restocking fee when you want to return or exchange to cover our shipping fee to you and our fee to process your order.
- There is no return or exchange for full lines of duo gel, trio set or powder. All of these orders will be final.
Refund Policy
We will notify you after we receive and check your return package. If we receive your product back in brand new condition, you will be notified by email and be refunded into your payment method. It will take some days for your bank to show the refund.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange for other products when we receive your return package. The price will be deducted on your new product. You also can order more product, we can ship your exchange product and new product in one shipment.
Damage Policy
Please inspect your product when you receive and contact us immediately if your product is broken, damaged or wrong. We will fix the issue. If your product is defective by manufacturer, you need to contact the manufacturer for a warranty.
Final Sale Policy
All of final sale orders can not be returned or be refunded. They include: orders shipped by freight, orders with customized items, orders with products needed to contact manufacturers, orders use drop shipping, orders with too many items.
Warranty Policy
All of our products are genuine and brand new with seal, each product has full warranty from its manufacturer. If your product has been used or its seal has been opened, you need to contact to its manufacturer by its warranty card.
Shipping Policy
All of orders will require 2-3 business days to be processed. We will contact you if there is any change. Shipping time will depend on the distance between your address and our warehouse in the southern of California.
Delivery Policy
All of our shipments do not require signature of receiver. After we send you a tracking number in email and drop your package at a shipping carrier, it is your responsibility to track and manage to receive the package at your provided address. We do not take any liability afterward.
Cancellation Policy
Any requests of cancelling orders will be charged 15% of transaction fee for banks if the order has been processed. That is reasonable since the banks take us transaction fee right when you place your order, also our fee to process your order.
