The actual bed is fine. It’s nice to be able to customize it if you like. Greatceramic bowl. However, please be sure to buy extra faucets and halo with it. After 15 months my faucet had a horrible leak. The company said it was out of stock and wouldn’t arrive for 50 days! I could no longer work because the water was constantly coming out of the faucet. No company near me had these faucets and my plumber who has been working for over 60 years said he hadn’t seen them before and couldn’t find them.

Communication was not great at all. I understand that there is a language barrier, but with all the online translation help, there is really no excuse. They wanted me to send money to an unknown Zelle number for a replacement. I needed up having to buy from another head spa company that sent me their faucets and halo in 5 days! So I would not purchase from here again due to poor communication and not having spare parts.
