I ordered 50 Kiara Sky gel polishes and was excited to receive them. Most arrived looking great, but one white polish had a noticeable amount of gel around the bottle neck/threads. I contacted the seller and was told the bottles are new, but walk-in customers may have opened and tested colors without their knowledge. Since I don’t know how many times that particular bottle may have been opened or tested, I would have preferred to receive an unopened bottle. I appreciate the clarification, but I was disappointed with this part of my order.
